OTA (Online Travel Agency) Executive


Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented OTA Executive to join our dynamic team. The OTA Executive will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence on various online travel platforms.

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance visibility, drive bookings, and ensure a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities:

OTA Platform Management:


  • Maintain and update content, pricing, and availability across multiple OTA platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics on each platform to identify opportunities for improvement.

Rate and Inventory Management:


  • Collaborate with revenue management teams to set competitive rates and optimize inventory allocation.
  • Regularly review pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and maximize revenue.
3.


Content Optimization:


  • Create compelling and accurate content, including descriptions, images, and other media, to enhance the property's appeal on OTA platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all platforms.

Market Analysis:


  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify market demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
5.


Customer Feedback and Reviews:


  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on OTA platforms promptly.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
6.


Relationship Management:


  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with OTA representatives.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, promotions, and partnerships to drive increased visibility and bookings.

Technical Proficiency:


  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and updates on OTA platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and collaborate with IT teams for resolution.
8.


Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify patterns and trends in data to optimize strategies for better results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in OTA management or a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems and OTA platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
₹300.00 per day
