    Overview:


    We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team at Consark, a fast-growing SAAS based finance automation platform.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the specified tech stack and a proven track record of managing product development in a SaaS :


    Senior Product :

    • Lead and manage the engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining our finance SaaS products.
    • Define and implement engineering processes and best practices to ensure highquality software development.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product management and design, to drive product development from concept to launch.
    • Oversee the tech stack including Front End (Vue JS), Back End (Node JS), Data processing (Python), Database (Mongo DB), and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
    • Manage application containerization in Azure and AWS for efficient deployment.
    • Implement ETL processes using Nifi Apache and IPAAS solutions for data integration and ERP system connectivity.
    • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to guide the team towards innovation and scalability.
    Qualifications :




    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
    • Expertise in the specified tech stack, including Vue JS, Node JS, Python, Mongo DB, AWS/Azure, and ETL tools.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS product development lifecycle and best practices
    • Experience with ERP integrations and data processing workflows.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide the engineering team.
    • Proven ability to drive technical excellence, innovation, and efficiency in product development. )
