Description

Responsibilities:

Create captivating and innovative designs for various projects, including but not limited to: advertisements, branding materials, social media graphics, website layouts, and product packaging.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts that align with project goals and brand identity.

Utilize Adobe Photoshop to retouch and enhance images, manipulate graphics, and create stunning visual compositions.

Employ Adobe Illustrator to craft vector graphics, logos, icons, and other scalable designs with precision and creativity.

Utilize Autodesk Maya for 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and animation, bringing concepts to life in dynamic ways.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge and competitive.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design revisions.

Conduct quality assurance checks on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, with advanced skills in photo manipulation, vector illustration, and typography.

Experience with Autodesk Maya or similar 3D design software, with the ability to create models, textures, and animations.

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs that resonate with audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS coding.

Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.

Experience working in a fast-paced agency or creative environment.

Understanding of print production processes and specifications.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
