Description
Create and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.

Leverage expertise in PostgreSQL to design and implement database solutions.

Ensure seamless integration between Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.

Design and implement effective data models for optimal performance and scalability.

Identify and address performance bottlenecks in SQL queries and database operations.

Optimize database structures and configurations for enhanced performance.

Implement and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive information.

Ensure data integrity through proper constraints, validations, and error handling.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot database-related issues.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database designs, processes, and procedures.

Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of database solutions.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.

Solid experience with PostgreSQL database design and development.

Proficiency in database performance tuning and optimization.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Knowledge of database migration and replication strategies.
