    Description

    The Business Analytics Int Analyst is a role for professionals in development. They tackle most issues independently and have some room to solve complex problems. This role combines specialized knowledge with a solid grasp of industry standards and practices. Understanding how the team fits in with others to achieve objectives is crucial. The candidate should have good analytical thinking and familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies. Paying attention to detail is vital when making judgments and recommendations based on factual information. This position typically deals with variable issues that could have a broader impact on the business. Professional judgment is essential when interpreting data and results, breaking down information in a systematic and communicable way. Effective communication and diplomacy skills are necessary for exchanging potentially complex or sensitive information. There is a moderate, direct impact due to close contact with core business activities, and the quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the team's effectiveness and closely related teams.



    Responsibilities:
    • Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to analyze past business performance.
    • Identify data patterns and trends, and provide insights to improve business decision-making in areas such as business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
    • Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies.
    • Engage in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and qualitative analysis.
    • Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to enhance targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate findings clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders.
    • Continuously enhance processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
    • Collaborate closely with internal and external business partners to develop, implement, track, and improve decision strategies.
    • Evaluate risks appropriately when making business decisions, with a focus on safeguarding the firm's reputation and complying with laws, rules, and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • 4-7 years of relevant experience.
    • Advanced process management skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
    • Curiosity to learn and develop new skill sets.
    • Positive outlook with a proactive mindset.

    Skills: SQL, Python, PySpark, Digital Analytics (Adobe Analytics, Funnel Analytics)

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
