THE ROLE
As Proposal Writer, you will work as an integral part of the Presales Team and work closely with the Sales/Client Engagement Managers.
You will analyze RFP requirements and create clear and concise final bid proposals by interacting with Bid Managers, Solution Architects, SMEs, and so on.
To ensure success in this role, you should have an understanding of Temenos Banking Capabilities and operational processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
OPPORTUNITES
- Produce highquality documentation that meets applicable customer standards and specification.
- Revises or writes standard material for SOW's, Proposals, PowerPoint presentations, related technical solution writeups and expertise with diagrammatic representation, illustrations.
- Exceptional hands on with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to create industry standard templates, formatting and beautifying templates for topclass proposal submissions.
- Ability to edit, standardize, or make required changes to existing documents with precision. Excellent written Grammar, depiction and ability to comprehend and communicate complex concepts in an easily understandable and succinct manner.
- Create proposal sections, presentations, and commercials by understanding the customer requirements as per inputs from sales and delivery teams across business units.
- Work on contractual documentation like Statement of Work, Request for Services (RFS) and so on.
SKILLS
- Experience of over 4 years in Proposal Writing in a Presales team.
- Basic knowledge of banking domain.
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint and Confluence.
