    Job Title:
    Senior Project Manager - Telecom Operations


    Voice/Non-Voice:

    Qualification:
    Graduate


    Shift:
    US Business Hours (24/7)


    Experience:
    Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. BPO Experience in Telecom/Network Operations.


    Essential Hiring Skills:

    • Proficiency in project management practices based on Project Management Institute (PMI) processes and Prince2 methodologies.
    • Experience leading and coordinating projects of various scopes, including large transition/transformation projects.
    • Ability to manage project lifecycle process groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, Closing.
    • Certification in any of the following: ITIL, PMP, BA, PMI, CBAP, UX, 9001, CSA, IAM, CPQ.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee overall program management and coordination of projects.
    • Host project kickoff meetings with stakeholders and sponsors.
    • Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) across all phases and sites.
    • Implement WBS into overarching Project Plan.
    • Develop a Communications Plan and establish a single point of contact for client/customer communication and issue escalation.
    • Develop comprehensive Test Plans for transport.
    • Establish meeting schedules (weekly, monthly) and facilitate communication.
    • Develop service and support models for new environments.
    • Perform gap analysis on tools required to operate the new environment.
    • Conduct audits of existing network infrastructure.
