- Manage multiple clients/projects concurrently
- Assist in pre-sales activities and expanding Vistex consulting services
- Participate in scoping and estimating project work
- Identify and secure new service opportunities for assigned clients
- Determine necessary consulting skills for projects
- Lead onsite implementation project(s)
- Oversee SOW/Contract requirements and related change requests (CR)
- Follow documented PMO processes and procedures (DM Manual and related documentation)
- Define project deliverables, templates, and standards
- Develop and manage detailed integrated project plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Track and report project performance metrics to clients
- Manage project issues/risks, scope, budgets, and client expectations
- Act as first point of escalation for project-related issues
- Establish "trusted advisor" relationships with key clients and implementation partner stakeholders
- Monitor project budget, actual expenditures, headcount, and deliverable completion
- Manage and maintain project financials (resources, schedule, and budget)
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of project implementation methodologies and best practices
- Education: Bachelors or higher
- Experience:
- 8 years of experience in SAP project management
- 12 years of total relevant work experience
- 4-6 years of experience in multiple SAP full lifecycle software implementations
- 5 years of experience in Order to Cash & Finance
- Experience with Big 4 or other large consulting firms is a bonus
- Knowledge of Vistex software is advantageous
- Quick learner with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and manage multiple work plans
- Independent thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
