    Description

    Job Description :

    1. Technical expertise in Qliksense

    2. Lead, plan and support program and project delivery

    3. Scrum, agile methodology, waterfall

    4. MPP (Microsoft Project Planning), JIRA, Scrum

    5. Focus is more on 6+ years of relevant experience (Consultant level)

    Work Experience : 6+ years

    Work Location : Pune

    Responsibilities :

    Project Management :

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
    • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
    Scrum Master :
    • Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
    • Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Remove impediments and barriers that hinder the team's progress, enabling them to achieve their sprint goals.
    • Promote collaboration and communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
    Stakeholder Engagement :
    • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
    • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
    • Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes to resolve conflicts and drive consensus.
    Continuous Improvement :
    • Drive the adoption of agile best practices and methodologies across the organization.
    • Conduct retrospectives to reflect on team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant insights into project management practices.
    Qualifications :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
    • Proven experience managing complex projects using agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
    • Experience working in software development or IT environments is preferred.
