  • PEGA CSSA Certified
  • Should have Good Knowledge in Integration concepts (REST, HTTP, etc.)
  • Experience in Security patterns such as OAUTH and SSO
  • Experience in designing Flows (Case Types, Stages)
  • Customer Service Desk exposure
  • Appeals and Grievances functional knowledge
  • Experience in V8.x

Good to Have

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Capable of handling one or two persons in team as a module lead
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology
  • Knowledge on US HealthCare system.

Key Skills

  • Problem solving, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry
