    Job Description /Role

    • Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for Luxury Projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales
    • driving Sales Planning, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management.
    • and maintaining relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the purchase/sale process.
    • for analysing the real estate market and identifying potential buyers. Managing the entire process of buying real estate, including negotiations, paperwork, and closing.
    • utilization of every possible resources to accomplish the Sales Target.
    • new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes
    • targeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets.
    • analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
    • in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.

    Preferred profile:

    • should have at least 7 – 10 years of work experience of selling Luxury Project.
    • should be Graduate / Post Graduate from well-known Institution.
    • should be familiar with English, Hindi and Marathi language.

    Other Job Details –

    Work Location – Sadashiv Peth , East part of the Pune .

    Work Experience – 7-10 Years.

    Salary – Open for a Good Candidate
