    We are currently seeking a Sales Manager with experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for boosting revenue through effective sales strategies, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Leadership, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry are key qualifications required. A rewarding incentive scheme awaits the successful candidate.

    Name of Position: Manager- Sales / Sr. Manager -Sales

    • Identify and target new markets and potential clients to meet or exceed sales goals.
    • Grow revenue from designated customer accounts.
    • Provide professional customer service to existing clients.
    • Follow up on sales leads to uncover business opportunities.
    • Create quotations based on customer needs.
    • Foster relationships with Customer Service and Operations managers.
    • Collaborate with operational staff to meet customer needs.
    • Spot opportunities to improve service levels and efficiencies.
    • Communicate regularly with customers to understand their expectations.
    • Implement enhancements discussed during operational meetings.

    Requirements:

    • University graduate or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry with a successful sales track record
    • Expertise in logistics management, freight solutions, and supply chain-related services
    • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
