    Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, the global DA team extends beyond and growing) data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering. Our more tenured teammates, some of whom have been with Evalueserve since it started more than 20 years ago, have enjoyed leadership opportunities in different regions of the world across our seven business lines. What you will be doing at Evalueserve
  • Develop inspiring visualizations that deliver a great story and help make business decisions.
  • Build and maintain both trend- and epi-based forecast models.
  • Standardize, categorize, and classify pharmaceutical products, data management, and data maintenance across different therapeutic areas for sales reporting purposes.
  • Provide inputs for improving dashboard performance and suggest efficient data transformations for creating dashboards.
  • Address data quality issues, such as data gaps or biases in underlying data sets, as well as their impact on reporting capabilities.
  • Oversee the maintenance of existing dashboards.
  • Understand the technical architecture to keep pace with changing business requirements and new software releases.

  • Expertise in data visualization, data analysis, and automation.
  • Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Independently handle client calls and support the team.
  • Data visualization: Tableau, Power BI, and Excel VBA
  • Data analysis: SQL, Python, and R
  • End-to-end dashboard development: storyboarding, wireframe design, dashboard development, look & feel, automation, and deployment.
  • Enthusiastic about storytelling through dashboards and highlighting any interesting stories to the stakeholders.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a highly ambiguous, unstructured, collaborative, and fast-moving environment.
