Scale Global Ventures is looking for an E-commerce Executive with a strong passion for E-commerce and sales.
You'll be working closely with our leadership team and supporting our growing international E-commerce / online marketplaces. If you are up for a steep learning curve with plenty of hands-on exposure, then this role is just for you
Job Scope:
· Grow existing online sales channels through performance marketing.
· Assist with management of our e-commerce website as well as 3rd party e-commerce stores (E.g.: Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Noon etc)
· Assist the team in running promotions, advertisements, and campaigns across online channels.
· Ensure product listing information is consistent across all online e-commerce stores and products are in stock.
· Study the market competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement better sales strategies and processes.
· Work closely with the marketing team to implement e-commerce initiatives and marketing campaigns.
· Use sales data to analyse and produce reports on various online channels to understand consumer behaviour and trends. Propose new campaigns and targeting opportunities.
· Working closely with demand planning, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfilment of orders on time.
· Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
· Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes also Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirement:
· Have a Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.
· 2-3 years of experience in managing online sales channels, Marketplace with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
. 2-3 years of experience in managing international online marketplace in US and MEA regions like Amazon, Noon, Etc.
· Excellent analytical skills in analysing data, conducting market research, and understanding customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
· Able to work independently and is a self-starter.
· Problem solver in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environment.
· A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Additional language proficiency in regional languages would be an advantage.
