    Job Title:EcommerceManager


    Weare seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Manager to lead our digitalmarketing efforts. Responsibilities include managing social mediaGoogle AdWords and online presence. Youll drive traffic enhanceengagement and ensure a seamless shoppingexperience.

    Stay updated onsocial media trends and assist in creating content aligned with ourbrand.

    Possess indepthknowledge of our products to facilitate content ideation andprovide timely productdetails.

    Understand theworkings of search engine campaigns to effectively scale campaignsand provide feedback onperformance.

    Handle allsocial media accounts and pages including InstagramFacebook LinkedInetc.

    ManageGoogle pages and oversee Google AdWordscampaigns including running ads monitoring performanceand optimizing adcontent.

    Utilizeexpertise in running and executing Google and social mediaads to drive engagement andconversions.

    Developmonthly calendars for social mediaposts reels and other content tomaintain a consistent onlinepresence.

    Prioritizecustomer care by coordinating firstlevel responses tosocial media inquiries and websiteabandoned cartsensuring a positive userexperience .

    Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to align digital marketing strategies withoverall businessobjectives.

    Previousexperience in luxury brands is preferred andwill be an addedadvantage.




    Requirements

    Bachelors degreein Marketing Communications BusinessAdministration or relatedfield.

    Provenexperience in digital marketing with a focuson ecommerce and social mediamanagement.

    Strongunderstanding of social media platforms Google AdWordsand search engine optimizationtechniques.

    Proficiency inanalytics tools to monitor campaign performanceand drive datadrivendecisions.

    Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.

    Ability tomultitask prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.

    Creativethinking and problemsolvingabilities.

    Detailorientedwith a focus on delivering highqualitywork.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, BusinessAdministration, or related field. Proven experience in digitalmarketing, with a focus on ecommerce and social media management.Strong understanding of social media platforms, Google AdWords, andsearch engine optimization techniques. Proficiency in analyticstools to monitor campaign performance and drive data-drivendecisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solvingabilities.
