    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Position Summary This role will be part of the UK Media team, inclusive of Paid Search and Paid Social (Biddable) teams, for a specific group of accounts corresponding to our agency partners' structures.

    This role will be responsible for reviewing the quality of output of the team and supporting the Biddable Quality Assurance Manager with identifying areas of improvement and creating team action plans to deliver improvements and ensure adherence of Quality Assurance Protocols.

    The role will be responsible for auditing accounts to ensure all team members are following operational protocols including Quality Assurance (QA) processes, documenting QA completion, implementing the correct budgets and phasing, and applying Craft best practice to all setups and optimisation work.

    This role will regularly spot check accounts, review the documentation of QA processes being followed, identify and escalate instances where QA completion is not documented by teams and support with completing QA processes required.

    Success of this role will be measured by the removal of all errors and full documentation and recording of QA process completion for their assigned accounts.

    Key Responsibility Area:

    Operational ownership of the media activation services for the relevant Crafts and Streams

    • Ensuring adoption of Quality Assurance controls
    • Ensuring adherence to account and campaign Taxonomies
    • Ensuring flawless execution of Media activities without errors
    • Reviewing new Campaign and / or budget setup against plan to ensure they are correct
    • Spot checking accounts against Quality Assurance protocols
    • Recording and reporting on Quality Assurance adherence
    • Identifying and escalating instances where QA completion is not documented by teams
    • Support with QA checks and completing QA process

    Skills:

    • Paid Search and Paid Social (Biddable) technical "hands on" experience (1 to 5 years)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience monitoring and reviewing campaigns.
    • Process orientated.
    • A keen eye for detail
    • Analytical with strong excel skills.

    Qualifications Education:

    • • Graduate/Post Graduate
      • Concentration in Marketing, Finance, Digital Media, Accounting, or related field preferred
