We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to join our team at our new caravan park with glamping site located in Munnar.

As the face of our park, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests, register them upon arrival, and ensure a smooth checkin and checkout process.
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage Park bookings and ensure efficient allocation of caravans and various accommodations.
Provide guests with local information and recommendations for activities and attractions.
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the reception area.
Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hospitality software is a plus.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
