    Description
    JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Andheri East, Mumbai.

    Responsibilities:
    • Market Study & Research - Keep track on various activities on competitors' social media channels (FB/Insta) for Global and Local brands/retailers
    • Leads & Data Management - Maintain records of inbound queries on Social Media channels and Trunk Shows by the Sales Team regularly and generate reports for the management to review.
    • CRM - Utilizing appropriate tools/channels to send out frequent communications about company's events and special observances, handling basic queries and coordinating with Sales team with customer queries.
    • Social Media Content Curation & Management - Curate ideas and execute with the help of the creative team and propose the same to the management every week. Manage social media posts and generate performance reports of the same.
    • Internal Communications & Documentations - Curate internal documents such as updating the price lists, stock cards, deck of ads as per the change of creatives in order to assist the sales team in their day-to-day requirements
    • Website Maintenance & Optimization - Keeping a cyclical hygiene check of the website performance and coordinating with different teams to ensure update of relevant information. Timely optimization of website details as per instructions from the technical teams or management. Includes other sub-tasks as well.
    • Store Experience - Assist the Luxury Experiences head in tasks and requirements.
    • Campaign / Reel Shoots - Coordinate in the planning and execution process of various shoots organized by the management.
    • Luxury Experiences - Coordinate and contribute to the various luxury experience events organized by the management.
    • Sourcing and Outsourced Shoots - Organize resources and coordinate with various stakeholders ensuring flawless execution as per the SOP and following up with the relevant POC to obtain end deliverables.
    • Ideas & Suggestions - Contribute to the growth and creativity of the brand by actively thinking of ideas and suggestions to implement at various domains of the company.
    • Agency Coordination - Actively coordinating with the performance agency team to help with any requirements.


    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Digital) or equivalent.
    • Highly competent in Microsoft Office i.e., Word, Excel, & Power point, and G-Suite i.e., Google Docs, Sheets
