    Responsibilities :


    Good knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement components (Email Studio, Mobile Connect, Journey Builder, Advertising Studio etc) and Marketing Cloud tools (Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Data Cloud).


    • Designs endtoend marketing automation solutions that address complex business requirements.
    • Experienced in enablement of outofthebox and custom channels (development of Journey Builder custom activities) and development of complex omni channel campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of key integration patterns and best practices around them including native connectors, FTP, REST/SOAP API, SSJS (including WSProxy).
    • Expertise in guiding clients on the adoption of best practices in marketing automation, including customer journeys, complex omni channel campaigns, and datadriven decisionmaking.
    • Experience in customization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions with REST API, AmpScript, and SQL development, including email and Cloudpage template development
    • Buildout of initial engagement campaigns, including email templates, Cloud Pages, Automation Studio, Journey Builder development and Interaction Studio content insertions
    • Support Technical Architect in design and documentation development
    • Support data engineering and system integration work streams
    • Preparation of Demonstration, orchestrating Proof of Concepts.
    • Acts as a subject matter expert(SME) for salesforce marketing cloud.
    • Proactive problem solving skills and ability to suggest trade off on solutions between OOTB and custom code

    Skills and Experience :

    • Work experience 5+ years.
    • Deep, handson technical understanding of SFMC's data extension architecture, and integration and automation capabilities
    • Handson development experience with AMP script, HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript
    • Understanding of web / frontend development languages and principals
    • Ability to engage in technical discussions with clients
    • Excellent problemsolving skills in articulation of complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual and impactful manner
    • Experience with different system integration
