    Description

    Job Title: Technical Architect

    Location: Hyderabad/Noida/GGN

    Experience: 10+ years

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare Technical Architecture documents and design approaches using various tools.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for design and development teams.
    • Define implementation approaches, algorithms, and code structures to meet requirements.
    • Demonstrate creativity, teamwork, technology proficiency, and leadership in cross-team roles.
    • Lead analysis, design, and implementation planning of technical/business solutions.
    • Contribute to additional tasks and responsibilities aligning with team, department, and company goals.
    • Architect technology solutions, prototype, recommend, and design implementation details.
    • Stay updated with latest technologies, tools, and evaluate/select appropriate ones as per requirements.
    • Apply deep experiences and knowledge to solve complex problems.
    • Experience with scaling and performance optimization of large systems and web applications.
    • Proficient in Java, Node JS, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3.
    • Define/create/consume SOAP & RESTful web services.
    • Experience with employee-facing business applications and Reporting & Analytics.
    • Systems Integration experience, preferably in Mobile and SaaS products.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to evolving roles and processes within the company.

    Experience Required:

    • Minimum 9+ years of solid service development experience.

    Must-Have Skills:

    • Strong expertise in Java or
    • Proficiency in JSON, Redis/MongoDB, and Web Sockets.
    • Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, and Chatbots is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with Linux/Unix flavors.
    • Experience with REST and SOAP Web Services.
    • Understanding of authentication and authorization techniques.
    • Hands-on experience in server-side programming regardless of technology.
    • Strong knowledge of code documentation and handover processes.
    • Experience building scalable, high-available mission-critical platforms.
    • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
    • UI-side development experience in JavaScript/Angular.JS/React.JS/Vue.JS.
    • Leadership competencies include strategic thinking, driving results, building a high-performance culture, and inspiring/teaching others.

    Other Skills Appreciated:

    • Experience with git version control system.
    • Open source contribution experience.
    • Excellent Coding Standards.
    • Experience in chatbot development.

    Note: This role requires a dynamic individual with a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and adaptability to contribute effectively to the evolving needs of the organization.
