We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
  • Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide relevant product/service information.
  • Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective customers.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
