Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: TELANGANA AND ANDHRA PRADESH
Salary: No bar for right candidate
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
2. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets and KPIs.
3. Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and behavior.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Work closely with the marketing department to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Great Experience in the beverages industry.
3. Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
