Description

Responsible for infrastructure tasks including provisioning hypervisors, connectivity issues, upgrades, and day-to-day issues and audits.

Designs, builds, administers, maintains, and troubleshoots complex OpenStack environments.

Troubleshoots problems and take corrective action on a timely and effective basis.

Provides technical support to internal and external users (customer facing).

Works appropriate level tickets in queue.

Monitors and provides maintenance for all related infrastructure.

Works with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.

Gathers data for capacity planning and performance analysis of infrastructure.

Develops projects to improve performance, efficiency, experience, capacity, etc. of environments.

Acts as the primary interface for the client or project manager for basic to intermediate projects.

Implements large, complex enterprise-class solutions using OpenStack technologies.


Knowledge
Intermediate working knowledge of Linux platforms and technologies and related technologies including: MySQL, Apache, ha-proxy, DNS

Intermediate operating systems knowledge (Windows and Linux).

General network administration skills.

Working knowledge of network storage protocols such as NFS and ISCSI.

An understanding of Content Distribution Network architecture and practices


Education
High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelors degree preferred


Certifications

The following certifications preferred:
COACertified OpenStack Administrator


RHCSA:
Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator

Windows Server Administration


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹60, ₹100,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
