Job Summary:
Life Circle is looking for a Customer Care Executive who has excellent
communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu for its operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Communication:_
Attend to enquiry calls promptly, speak to callers in a persuasive manner. Give the
best information available.
Follow up the case till its conclusion.
Direct the callers to the appropriate contact person.
Guide the patient to payment process.
Handle receipt and dispatch of couriers and perform related clerical duties according
to the department to which assigned.
Keeps record of calls placed.

Manage Appointments:_
Register new patients on the computer system. Responsible to enter all the details of
the patient in the app and generate unique codes for each case.
To fix appointments / consultation with doctors / diagnostics etc. Coordinate the
appointments with the patients and the doctors.
Coordinate the ambulance movement.

Team Coordination:_
Maintaining various registers and files in department and those required for key
quality indicators.
Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Work closely with healthcare providers, nurses, administrative staff and other team
members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Identify areas for process improvement within the customer, care function and
suggest actionable solutions.

Continuous Improvement:_
Adhere to customer care guidelines and assure quality care.
Any duty that may be properly deemed by the Centre Manager or Doctors to be part
of the role of receptionist.
Attend training courses in house and externally to develop expertise and further
knowledge.
Comply with all in house and statutory Health & Safety procedures.
