Overview
PENNEP is seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team.

Our organization committed to providing a collaborative and nurturing environment where interns can gain hands-on experience and grow their skill set in the exciting world of digital marketing.

Social Media Marketing: Learn how to effectively manage and engage with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to build brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and create compelling content.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Understand the fundamentals of SEO, including keyword research, onpage optimization, and offpage strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
Digital Advertising: Gain insights into setting up and monitoring digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to reach target audiences effectively.
Analytics and Reporting: Learn how to use digital marketing analytics tools to track and analyse website traffic, social media performance, and other key metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualification

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with popular social media platforms and their functionalities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset and an ability to think outside the box.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
