    About us:

Through our Education, Consulting and Skilling arm, we partner with the Government in various projects to bring about meaningful difference in Early Child Development and Education, Skilling and Livelihoods at the grassroots levels across India.

    Our scope of work includes establishing the training centers, mobilizing candidates, training and skilling and finally meaningful placement in the sectors of their choice. We have over 34 MOUs with 21 states in approximately 300 districts and 3000 schools. Our over 3100 trainers have trained over 460,000 students in last five years in 11 different sectors viz Beauty & Wellness, IT/ITES, Security, Apparel, Media and more. Aimed at boosting micro entrepreneurship and creating livelihood opportunities, our sustainable solutions are built under the Swarojgar government-led initiative.

    Purpose:

    To support the organization's financial planning and analysis functions by providing financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. This role is critical in ensuring that the company is making informed financial decisions and is able to meet its financial goals.

    Key Responsibilities of the Role:

    • the financial planning of the ECS business by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
    • regular financial analysis.
    • budgets & rolling forecasts that meet the requirements of business with accuracy.
    • targets and manage & communicate clear message with various business stakeholders including business heads & chairman.
    • various business proposals & provide insight about key risks, benefits & area of improvement that help in achieving overall objective of business.
    • detailed reports on the company's financial performance.
    • patterns in company spending, revenue, and recommend solutions to any problem areas.
    • analysis on various key parameters of business & developed financial model & reports to be shared with business.
    • about business best practices & implementation across business verticals.
    • in Forecasting, planning, evaluation of projects.
    • in excel, working knowledge of Macros, Modelling & dashboarding.

    Competencies Required for the Role:

    Knowledge

    • in Financial Planning, Business Planning & project evaluation preferred.
    • have worked in Business Strategy and Project Management
    • Analytics skills & data crunching required
    • Presentation, reporting, and communication skills will be added advantage.
    • knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
