- Own the design and development of high-performance, scalable, and secure software solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization, performance tuning, and scalability enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in related technologies, contributing to technical discussions and decision-making processes.
- Ensure code quality, security, and scalability standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a software engineer specializing in Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, Flask development for at least 3-4 year
- Extensive experience building security and network-related products is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, code reusability and object-oriented design principles.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, and other relevant technologies.
- Hands-on experience with front-end languages and libraries (e.g., , HTML/ CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, tailwind).
- Hands-on experience with background task processing and related technologies,
- Familiarity with Linux operating system (Ubuntu/Debian).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, Flask or Golang.
- Proficiency in designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Git, Docker and Ansible.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
