Reservation Support Officer
Role Objective
To ensure inventory is not wasted and revenue leakage is stopped by regular Pref Flight checks, update Passenger name records of departed flights as per passenger manifest and closing of departed flights.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To conduct thorough preflight checks as per schedule provided and clear all unpaid PNRs
- To update passenger details in PNRs of departed flights as per manifest within 24 hours of departure
- Regularly update and close departed flights within 24 hours from departure
- To create group and series PNRs as approved by RM Team
- Support sales teams by making changes in PNRs that require higher authorisation levels

Education & Experience:
a) Graduate in any Mathematics or Physics
b) Fresh graduates with good academic record

a) Excellent Communication skills
- English is Mandatory
- Any additional language is preferred
b) Numeric & Analytical Skills
c) Time management & Multitasking Abilities

Business Understanding:General understanding of Aviation

₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- KG Marg, Barakhambha, Delhi , Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
