MEP ENGINEER(ELECTRICAL BACKGROUND PREFERRED)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and Supervise all kinds of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Building related work in all the Zolo properties
  • Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls
  • Conduct regular inspection tours of the properties to ensure all operating equipment is working correctly
  • Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition
  • Find vendors for various materials required for property setup
  • Keep proper track record of various projects and follow timelines
  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations

Key Requirements

  • Prior experience in maintenance/supervision work.
  • Basic educational qualification upto SSC (BE / ITI Electrical will be a plus).
  • Owns and knows how to ride a two wheeler
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is an added advantage
  • Marathi is mandatory

Remuneration

  • Salary in the range of LPA (depending upon experience)

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
