**Position Overview: As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical strategy, development, and execution of our projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the full-stack development process, leading a team of talented developers, and ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Director, or a similar leadership role within a web development company or relevant industry.
  • 56 years of handson experience in web development with expertise in JavaScript, Linux, React JS, and C++.
  • Strong background in fullstack development and familiarity with various frontend and backend technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing highperforming development teams.
  • Indepth knowledge of software development methodologies, best practices, and coding standards.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Passion for staying uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies.
