    Role: Business Intelligence (BI) Redshift Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize extensive experience in AWS Redshift, Microsoft Azure, Tableau, and Power BI to develop and maintain efficient data solutions.
    • Demonstrate excellent SQL skills to design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries and data pipelines.
    • Possess a minimum of 5-8 years of overall experience in Business Intelligence, with a focus on data warehousing and analytics.
    • Apply knowledge of the US healthcare domain to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities (optional but preferred).
    • Work independently, taking ownership of BI projects and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal technical assistance.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to understand requirements, present findings, and provide insights.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience with AWS Redshift, Microsoft Azure, Tableau, and Power BI.
    • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to optimize queries and tune database performance.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with US healthcare data standards and regulations (desired).
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
    • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate) is a plus
