In this work-from-home role, you will serve as a critical liaison between our company and our valued customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to higherlevel support as needed
Identify business opportunities from customer interactions and communicate them to the sales team
Meet or exceed personal and departmental KPIs regarding customer satisfaction, service levels, and quality of interaction
Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer service knowledge base materials
Act as an internal advocate for our customers, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are met
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the company CRM

Requirements:

Fluent in Marathi and Hindi
At least 12 years of experience in a customer service or support role
Must have a strong work ethic, be a selfstarter, and show initiative to solve customer problems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Must have a professional demeanor and be comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization, including clevel executives
