    Job Overview

    Mid-Level role with 4 to 6 years of experience. Full-Time position in Mangaluru, Patna, Guwahati, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, or Cochin. Salary range competitive. Encompasses leadership, team management, visual merchandising, inventory management, customer service, sales analysis, budgeting, and visual communication.

    • Strong inventory management capabilities

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee the department's daily operations
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates
    • Ensure efficient inventory management and merchandising standards
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively
    • Analyze sales data to drive performance and achieve targets
    • Develop and manage departmental budgets
    • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience
    • Achieve category sales no's as per AOP plan by day, week & month.
    • Store readiness by VM standards& Merchandise presentation standards.
    • Maintain the Customer service standards for the store, Implementation of Shrinkage control measures for the category, Adherence and implementation of the SOP's in the store
