    Description

    Providefirst and Second level support to endusers using theServiceNowplatform.

    Assist users with general inquiries issues and requests related toServiceNow functionality.
    Troubleshoot andresolve basic ServiceNow incidents and problems MFA related issuesAccess provisioning administration on Oktaetc.
    Setting up email ids forSSO.
    Monitor Workflows and Queues.
    Receive logand categorize incidents reported by endusers.
    Conductinitial analysis of incidents and attempt to resolve them withinthe scope of the support role.
    Escalate incidents tohigherlevel support teams when necessary.
    Maintainaccurate and uptodate documentation of ServiceNow processesprocedures and issue resolutions.
    Contribute to theknowledge base to facilitate the resolution of commonissues.
    Understanding of ServiceNow modules includingIncident Management Request Fulfilment and KnowledgeManagement.
    Proficiency in using ServiceNowticketing system.
    Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
    Ability to communicatetechnical information to nontechnical endusers.
    Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
    BE or MCA in anyEngineering discipline from a reputedcollege.

    ServiceNow AdministrationActive directory MFA Okta.

    Excellentcommunication skills as its a client facingrole.
