    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Solution Design and Implementation: Leverage to create and implement innovative solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. Ensure the solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.
    • Optimization and Support: Regularly assess and refine the implemented solutions to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness. Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they can fully utilize the platform.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within TBWA and external stakeholders to understand their challenges and objectives. Use this insight to build comprehensive solutions that address these needs.
    • Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for all things related. Ensure that expectations are managed and met, from initial consultation through to final delivery and post-implementation support.

    Required Skills

    • Minimum 3+ experience in business process improvement, particularly using digital platforms like
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying and solving complex problems.
    • Deep understanding of 's capabilities and best practices in its implementation.
    • Broad knowledge of SaaS ecosystems, particularly in workflow automation and project management tools.
    • Familiarity with IT consulting practices and the ability to navigate and manage software service projects.
    • Insight into the latest trends in digital transformation and business process optimization.
    • A logical thinker with a curiosity-driven approach, able to transform vague concepts into structured, actionable solutions.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels, facilitating workshops, and delivering compelling presentations.
    • A collaborative team player with a growth mindset, open to continuous learning and contributing positively to a dynamic team environment.
