Description
What You'll Do
- Research & develop informative & persuasive content for Benchmark software products/services
- Develop content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website
- Understand Benchmark's core audiences and develop targeted product messaging accordingly — current customers, prospective customers, partners, etc.
- Assist the marketing team in developing content for product advertising campaigns and/or product online support docs
- Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies
- Identify customers' needs and recommend new content to address content gaps
- Ensure allaround consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Update Benchmark's collaboration forum on product content as needed
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field
- Working knowledge of content management systems
- Experience working in B2B technologies preferred
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- The ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Salary:
Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
