    Light Up Beauty is a 2 year old skincare startup offering clean and transparent skincare formulations. Featured in Vogue, Elle and Grazia, Light Up Beauty works with unique ingredients so that customers can flaunt a filter free, natural radiance.

    Role Description

    Light up Beauty, a beauty and wellness company based in New Delhi, is looking to hire a full-time Social Media and Content Creation Lead for on-site work. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies and managing the company's digital presence across all platforms to increase engagement and drive growth. You will also be in charge of creating compelling content such as graphics, photos and videos to support the company's marketing and branding efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the alignment of social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives and goals.

    Roles and Responsibilities :

    • Assist in creation of entire social media plan and strategy.
    • Support content creation strategy.
    • Developing and managing online partnerships to expand social audiences and support content strategies: New User acquisition and Organic growth in Brand advocacy.
    • Research, write and manage content across all social media channels, website, emailers and blog.
    • Assist in influencer campaigns : interacting with influencers, negotiating campaign rates, planning content, monitoring execution and successful completion across all channels.
    • Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation.
    • Identifying, evaluating and recommending social media management tools.
    • Shooting short videos, reels and static pictures in-house as per trends and overall content strategy.
    • Experimenting with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities
    • Monitoring trends, strategies and best practices in market and applying knowledge to Light Up marketing objectives.
    • Measure the impact and return of social media efforts.
    • Research and report on social media campaigns, performance, trends, competitor benchmarking and opportunities
    • Provide insights to drive marketing strategies based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting.
    • Working with internal designer on own production of creative assets – reels, posts, videos, emailers, blog content.
    • Growing the online communities on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube
    • Engaging with followers: Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
    • Managing social media budget: Managing the social media budget to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
    • Updating and maintaining websites: Regularly posting content on websites, updating and maintaining websites to ensure that they remain functional and up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
    • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
    • Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
    • Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
    • Create trending content related to Beauty and Skincare
    • Create content for all digital channels and social media
    • Create all Ad copies
    • Ownership for emailers, newsletters, social media content, website blog, articles.
    • Create content marketing campaigns to drive sales.
    • Reviewing existing content to ensure its up to date and relevant to readers
    • Conduct research on assigned topics to ensure social media, blog and website are all up to date.

    Skill sets required :

    • Upto 2 years of experience in social media content creation, influencer coordination and content writing (be specific, and include the number of years of experience)
    • Experience in creating social media strategies
    • Experience in shooting content in house - stills, videos of product, textures and usage with mobile phone.
    • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, , Pinterest, etc.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Craft engaging content
    • Organized and able to multitask

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
    • Proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms, increasing engagement and driving growth
    • Experience managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, and establishing brand voice and tone
    • Strong copywriting and editing skills for social media captions, posts and blogs
    • Experience with Adobe Suite and Canva is preferred
    • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and generate reports on campaign performance
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Demonstrated passion for beauty and wellness is a plus
    • Experience with photography and videography is a plus
