Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Manage our online sales channels, including ecommerce portals and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Process orders received through online sales channels, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints through online platforms.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of ecommerce portals and order processing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in ecommerce or online sales is a plus.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
