Responsibilities:

  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes with a keen eye on efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and standards.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a specialization in domestic hiring.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
