In this role, you will use marketspecific knowledge, signals, and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the process._
Responsibilities_

- _Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality._
- _Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team._
- _Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations._
- _Maintain a thorough understanding of client processes and policies._
- _Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs._
- _Provide excellent customer service to our customers._

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum Qualifications_

- _Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)_
- _Good work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment._
- _Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)_

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_

- _Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills._
- _Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach_
- _Prior experience in Customer Support / Content Review_
