A Tally operator is responsible for various tasks including performing accounting functions, estimating job costing, storing details, managing inventory items, managing payroll, filing tax returns, managing profit, and loss statements, preparing a balance sheet, and VAT forms, maintaining budget scenarios, calculating interest on the outstanding amount, managing data, synchronizing it, etc.

Salary:
