Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies


Your responsibilities will encompass:

Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and resonating with our target audience.

LinkedIn Marketing: Lead our LinkedIn marketing efforts by creating compelling posts, engaging with industry connections, and leveraging the platform for networking and lead generation.

Social Media Management: Oversee and curate our social media presence across platforms, creating and scheduling content, responding to inquiries, and fostering a vibrant online community.

Digital Marketing: Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and display advertising, to drive website traffic and enhance online visibility.

Blogging: Craft insightful and informative blog articles on relevant industry topics to establish thought leadership and provide valuable insights to our audience.

Content Posting: Coordinate and manage the consistent posting of engaging content across digital channels, ensuring a cohesive and compelling online presence.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities. Translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and channels. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive results.

Report Generation: Generate regular reports detailing key performance metrics, ROI, and other relevant data. Present findings and recommendations to the management team.

Team Supervision: If applicable, provide leadership and mentorship to a marketing team, ensuring effective task delegation, performance management, and professional growth.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master's degree a plus.
  • Proven success in LinkedIn marketing, social media management, and digital marketing.
  • Strong content writing and communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and channels.
  • Proficient in market research methodologies, performance tracking, and data analysis.
  • Experience in supervising and leading teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and highperforming environment.

Pay:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
