Description
Your key goals and responsibilities (includes but is not limited to) Meet the talent acquisition needs through conventional and innovative selection mechanisms from sourcing to screening and onboarding.
Support current and anticipated business requirements by acquiring fresh talent, ringfencing the key talent, identifying & plugging gaps in development, and engaging meaningfully with the employees.
Lead and support HR initiatives towards enhancing employee experience, building brand equity through campus & social media connects and ensuring effective employee communications.
What you MUST have
High energy and enthusiasm to thrive in fast paced, start-up ecosystem.
Graduate / post graduate degree in HR or substantial experience to be able to waive the "degree" credential.
Problem solving approach, ability to take ownership and collaborating with stakeholders with business goals in mind
Efficient in Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Suites

Salary:
₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year
