Major Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the construction of civil projects, for residential and commercial buildings
  • Oversee the construction of civil projects from start to finish
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Manage and supervise a team of construction workers
  • Conducting quality and safety inspections
  • Communicate with superiors, contractors and vendors
  • Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise Signing off and handing completed work over to the client.
  • Inspect work in progress and identify and correct any problems
  • Maintain project records and documentation
  • Comply with all applicable safety regulations

Requirements:


  • Bachelor/Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of experience in civil construction
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • 35: 3 years (preferred)
