    • Sharing error free Monthly/Quarterly reports to the various stakeholders
    • Perform Rapid Ad hoc analysis on the available datasets to answer senior management queries with a short turnaround time.
    • Create new analysis/visualizations on Microsoft Office suite/Qlik Sense/Power BI/Tableau
    • Helping/Taking lead in our MDM projects (Data governance and Business rules) based on Pharma market and dataset knowledge.
    • Build a strong communication channel with the client with a mindset to take ownership of tasks provided to you.
    • The ideal candidate is someone who can leverage Pharma market related datasets i.e., Pharma Sales Data, Customer Engagement datasets (Channel Dynamics data, medical data etc.) and perform deep dive analysis on these and further create visualizations as per Industry standards in a timely manner to support clients.
    • Your contribution will be critical to our business, as it not only influences ongoing projects but also help us to win further markets, consolidate business with existing clients and you also gain a diverse experience.

    What we're looking for:

    • About 2-3 years of experience.
    • Prior experience with datasets like IQVIA MIDAS Monthly/Quarterly sales, IQVIA Prescription Data, IQVIA Channel Dynamics, Evaluate Pharma
    • Person with hands on experience in any BI tool or Database management tool will be preferred.
    • Master's or bachelor's degree in Pharma discipline
    • 2-3 years of experience working with Pharma Data Sets and Therapy Area
    • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Proficiency in one or more of the tools: Excel/VBA, BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik Sense), Database management tools (SSMS/MySQL)
    • Strong attention to detail and organized.
    • "Can do" attitude and ability to take initiative.
