About this role:


The Service Analytics & Productivity arm of Gartner is currently seeking talented people to join its Automation team in India.

As a member of this team you will get an opportunity to work on some of the world class products under automation team which is aimed at enabling Analytics and Strategy across global services and delivery team


As a member of this team you will have the opportunity to work directly with Gartner's service delivery group across EMEA/APAC and North Americas region with the central goal of problem solving data/technical issues and stakeholder management, and to enable process efficiency across different products.


What you'll do:


  • Respond to service team inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges w.r.t data as well as process challenges
  • Organize and maintain documentation pertaining to troubleshooting of known issues in process, data and products
  • Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to newly launched products by Automation Team
  • Take lead in delivering exceptional service to stakeholders with desired quality, accuracy, timeliness and establish a strong excellence at:
  • Process management and quality control: Own 1-2 key processes to become a process champion; maintain/ update process maps for all the activities performed by product support team
  • Stakeholder management and reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on team performance for internal and external stakeholder consumption
  • Innovation and process optimization: Ideate on process optimization for current processes; identify opportunities to improve productivity through collaboration with development team/leaders to continuously seek and learn new ways to solve problems
  • Collaboration with peers/team members: Participate in training new members of the team across all the processes

What you'll need:


  • Science, Business/Economics, Operations graduate with 03 year of experience in process management, multiteam coordination management.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills with an ability to convey insights in a group meeting
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Comfortable understanding data and working with large data points
