    Description

    Summary:

    We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Product Owner with a rich background in the telecommunications sector, specifically NMS, EMS, and FCAPS, to become part of our team. You will play a key role in shaping the product's direction, outlining the product's strategy, and ensuring successful product development that meets both customer requirements and business goals.


    Responsibilities:
    • Advocate for the customer perspective to ensure the development team comprehends the product's objectives and vision.
    • Utilize your extensive expertise in NMS/EMS/FCAPS to prioritize the product backlog and roadmap.
    • Manage the product backlog, refine backlog items, and prioritize features for development based on their business value and customer demands.
    • Collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, design, marketing) to guarantee successful product delivery.
    • Take ownership of the product roadmap and strategy, aligning it with the company's overarching business objectives.
    • Conduct market research, assess user requirements, and pinpoint opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
    • Establish acceptance criteria and confirm that user stories meet both customer and business needs.
    • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to validate the functionality of the product.
    • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to assess the effectiveness of product features and make data-driven decisions.
    • Effectively communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders across all levels.
    • Inspire and encourage the development team to deliver top-notch products that align with customer expectations.

    Qualifications:
    • 7 to 14 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of achievements in the telecommunications field.
    • In-depth understanding of NMS/EMS/FCAPS technologies and their practical applications.
    • Profound knowledge of various product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
    • Outstanding analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the capacity to influence key stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing, overseeing, and refining a product backlog.
    • Background in user research and user story development.
    • Proficiency in conducting and supervising product testing endeavors.
    • Strong leadership qualities with the capability to motivate and inspire teams.
