    Description

    Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

    About the Company: We are a leading data analytics firm that specializes in providing insightful solutions to our clients in the insurance industry.

    Role & Responsibilities Overview :
    • Work closely with the Client team and EXL team to build relationships with stakeholders and identify growth opportunities
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients
    • Manage projects, clients & teams, monitor deliverables, and resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Ensure best practices are followed, communicate with the delivery team, and brainstorm solutions for inefficiencies
    • Provide technical guidance to project team members on various data-related projects
    • Lead client sessions and project status meetings
    • Oversee day-to-day project operations and act as a domain expert to meet client expectations

    Candidate Profile :
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics fields
    • 3+ years of experience
    • Experience in dual shore engagement and direct client management
    • Competitor analysis and adhoc data analysis skills
    • Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and various modeling techniques
    • Managerial experience in leading analytics teams
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle challenges
    • Cross-cultural understanding and global client collaboration skills
