    Manager/Senior Manager - Content Marketing

    Mission Statement of the Role:


    To produce engaging and captivating video Content on Public Speaking for You Tube and Instagram channels to generate organic leads through brand awareness and engagement.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive research to identify relevant and engaging topics on public speaking.
    • Develop scripts for YouTube videos and Instagram Reels, ensuring alignment with target audience preferences and educational objectives.
    • Be the spokesperson in the videos and/or work with other actors to deliver impactful content
    • Coordinate with the editors to refine and finalize video content, maintaining high quality and relevance
    • Monitor and analyze key metrics such as views, subscriptions, leads, and revenue, utilizing insights to optimize content strategy and drive growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate content initiatives with broader promotional campaigns.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithms to maximize content visibility and engagement.
    • Drive innovation in content formats and delivery methods to captivate and inspire our audience.

    Requirements:

    • 58 years experience in content creation and script writing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and impact.
    • Proven experience in growing a YouTube channel and experience in working with content creators, video editors, and camera people
    • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in planning and organizing content calendars and production schedules.
    • Deep understanding of YouTube and Instagram platforms, including algorithms, trends, and best practices for audience engagement.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling copies and create marketing videos
    • Candidate must be based out of Gurgaon/ South Delhi or willing to relocate to Gurgaon as the role will be officebased
    • Willingness to hustle and execute relentlessly to achieve results
    • An apparent Founder's mindset, i.e. A mindset where the person can own up to the responsibility and shape it independently like a Founder
