Outbound Telesales ExecutiveResponsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling.
- Initiate contact with potential customers to present the services and explain their
- Develop a deep understanding of the services being offered to effectively
- Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage and convince potential
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address any concerns or
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization. This may involve
meeting revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including notes on
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer concerns,
Requirements:
- Minimum 1yr experience in outbound telesales is a must.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong sales acumen.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Resultoriented mindset.
Benefits & Compensation:
- Compensation: 2030k per month fixed plus incentive on each sale.
- 20k per month over and above the fixed salary.
- Day shift, fixed hours, and no overtime.
Salary:
₹8, ₹26,324.28 per month
